“The philosophical I is not the man, not the human body or the human soul of which psychology treats, but the metaphysical subject, the limit – not a part – of the world.”
An open gathering for everyone interested in meditation and the big questions of metaphysics. A place for exchange, silence, and conversation.
We meet weekly for about 90 minutes in an open circle. The first part is devoted to metaphysical discourse, the second to meditation. Each meeting stands on its own. You can join at any time.

approx. 50–60 minutes
We take up one of the big questions of metaphysics and explore it together: where does it come from, who shaped it, what speaks for it, what against it? Rather than ready-made answers, what counts is open conversation. How convincing a thesis is, we record at the end in a plausibility ranking.

approx. 30–40 minutes
After the conversation we come to rest. At the center is mindfulness meditation, the attentive awareness of the present moment. Sometimes we sit together in silence, sometimes a gentle guidance leads through the practice. No prior knowledge is needed; a short introduction opens the way for everyone.
